Frequencies come from the Google Web Trillion Word Corpus, filtered to valid Scrabble words, and every word counts in proportion to how often it is used.

  • Word frequencies come from the Google Web Trilling Word Corpus, uploaded by Rachel Tatman: Linked here. This included the 1/3 Million most frequently used english words on the web.

  • This was filtered to words found in the scrabble dictionary (254510 removed): Used list Linked here.

  • This resulted in the frequency of the 78823 words found in the Scrabble dictionary.
